Ar Meghna Dhiman is the Principal Architect and Design Advisor for Platinum Township, bringing over six years of professional experience in architecture, design development, and execution-focused planning. A graduate in Architecture (B.Arch), her work reflects a strong balance between design sensibility, functionality, and long-term usability.

At Platinum Township, she has been closely involved in translating the approved planning framework into detailed architectural and development-level designs. Her expertise spans the planning and design of villas, clubhouse facilities, entry and gate structures, internal roads, landscaped greens, and integrated built and open spaces within the township.

Working across architectural detailing, structural coordination, and development planning, she ensures that every element beyond the master layout is cohesive, practical, and aligned with the overall vision of the project. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful design, efficient circulation, and spaces that support modern lifestyles, wellness, and second-home living.

As a design advisor, she contributes to decision-making with a practical and future-oriented perspective, helping ensure that Platinum Township develops into a well-resolved, visually harmonious, and livable community.

Tushar Dimri leads the technology and digital initiatives at Platinum Township, bringing a modern, innovation-driven approach to the project’s digital presence. A software engineer by training, he is responsible for website development, digital platforms, and content systems that support the project’s communication and outreach.

He is particularly interested in the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, and is actively involved in exploring AI-based solutions for digital security, gated entry systems, surveillance, and development monitoring through smart systems and CCTV integration. Known for his clarity, discipline, and time-bound execution, he approaches his work with curiosity and commitment, contributing to Platinum Township’s vision of becoming a future-ready and technologically progressive development.

Ayush Bhandari handles visual content creation and media production for Platinum Township, with a strong focus on video shoots, drone footage, and social media content. He plays a key role in capturing the site’s progress, lifestyle elements, and on-ground development through carefully crafted visuals that support the project’s digital and marketing efforts. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, he consistently works until the final output meets the highest standards, ensuring that every frame reflects the true essence of the project.

Akashdeep is the Site Operations Manager at Platinum Township and a core member of the on-ground execution team. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings strong technical understanding and practical problem-solving skills to the project.

He began his professional journey working in industrial and factory environments, gaining real-world exposure to technical systems and site operations. He later served as a vocational trainer in government schools, where he trained students in multiple practical skills including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, gardening, and basic civil maintenance.

At Platinum Township, Akashdeep oversees day-to-day site activities, coordinates with labour teams and vendors, manages materials, and ensures smooth execution of on-site works. Known for his reliability and dedication, he acts as the primary point of coordination at the site and plays a vital role in maintaining work quality and continuity.
